These terms govern your use of the luneto application. Installing or using it means you accept them. The full licence agreement is distributed with the application as LICENSE.txt.

Licence

luneto is proprietary software licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use it on devices you own or control. You may not resell, rent, redistribute or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly allows it.

What you are responsible for

Using the app only with cameras and systems you are authorised to access.
Complying with the privacy, data-protection and video-surveillance laws where the cameras are installed.
Keeping your camera credentials safe. The app stores them locally; the security of the device is yours.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is not certified for life-safety use and must not be the sole means of security monitoring. Cameras, networks and firmware fail; the app cannot make them reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of recordings, arising from use of the software. Nothing here excludes rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

Third-party components

luneto includes open-source components under permissive licences. Their notices are distributed with the application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
